How we rate

A rating is only useful if you can reproduce it. Here is our scoring rubric, weightings and test procedure — in full.

The five pillars

Every operator we review receives a score out of 5 across five pillars. The published rating is a weighted average of those pillars.

  • Bonuses (20%) — effective value, wagering, caps, weighting, validity.
  • Games (20%) — catalogue breadth, studio diversity, live dealer quality.
  • Payouts (25%) — tested withdrawal speed (median across 10 withdrawals), methods, caps.
  • Support (15%) — response time, channels, quality of answers.
  • Mobile (20%) — performance, TTI, UX hygiene on low-end devices.

How we test payouts

We open a real account, complete KYC within 24 hours, deposit the regional minimum, play just enough to bring the balance above a withdrawable threshold, and request a withdrawal. We repeat the test every quarter, logging the exact time-to-clear for each method.

How bonuses are scored

Our bonus score is not the headline amount. It is the expected value after accounting for wagering multiplier, game weighting, max bet while bonus is active, cashout caps, and the median time to clear. A €1,000 bonus at 50× often scores lower than a €200 bonus at 25×.

Conflicts of interest

We earn commission when readers sign up through partner links. We disclose this on every page. No operator has ever paid for a higher rating; operators that offer to do so are declined in writing and recorded on an internal register.

Re-checks & corrections

Every review has a published last checked date. We re-verify bonus mechanics every 90 days; any review older than that is held out of ranking tables until it is re-checked.

Right of reply

Operators may request a right-of-reply correction at editor@bonusatlas.com. Verified factual errors are corrected within 48 hours with a dated note.
